There is no dieting, punishing detoxing or superficial trendiness; just an honest dedication to the concept of wellness and the facilitation of well-being.
Then of course there is the good bourgeois food and local wine on the hotel’s Terrace or in the cosy river-front restaurant, and traditional coffee and legendary cakes a gentle walk away in the nearby Castle to nicely round things off.
