One or Four Bag High Enemas
Enemas are useful for cleansing the bowel during and after the three stage colon cleanse and for the majority of people unable to obtain a colonic. You can do a one or four bag high enema:
The Four bag enema treats the entire length of the colon, from the anus to the ascending colon and ileocaecal valve whereas; a one bag enema only fully reaches the descending colon. The enema ensures that all traces of clay and toxins are removed from the body.
1. Using your specifically chosen herbal tinctures, mix 50ml with 300ml of cider vinegar and 650ml warm spring water.

2. Ideally make up 4 litres of mixture and keep 3 litres in flasks to keep warm while you use the first litre.

3. This first litre goes into the enema bag and is hung on a bathroom door hook or some convenient place high up so that, using gravitational force, it can feed into the bowel.

4. The bathroom should be warm with towels placed on the floor. Lie down on your back and using vaseline, jelly or ointment, grease the end of the tube and insert into the pre-lubricated anus.

Then turn slowly onto your left side and get comfortable as the litre slowly goes in. Stay on your left side and gently massage your stomach, easing all the fluid in. Relax and breathe, so as to keep the fluid in as long as possible. Finally let it go into the toilet.

5. Now repeat with another litre bag of fluid, but this time stay on your back, encouraging the fluid to go into the transverse colon; you will still need to start on your left side in order to get the fluid in. Massage, breathe and finally let go.

6. Continue with the third litre, but this time, having started on your left side, move onto your back and then onto your right side; massage of breathe and finally let go.

7. When using the last bag repeat all these movements in the same order, and then stand up and massage the area over the ileocaecal valve (the spot on the right hand side of your bowel where worms and faecal matter often collect. There is sometimes quite a strong and forceful reaction to massage of this area, so do stay in close proximity to the toilet! Finally, let it go; you have finished.

Do's (and Don'ts) of High Enemas

Use during and after sickness with the assistance of a professional.
Use during and after cleanses.
Use drops of lobelia on the tongue to relax you before and during the enema, and add a little to each enema bag.
Afterwards, chew foods and juices well to reestablish good digestion.
Remember to take acidophilus to reestablish intestinal flora.
Do not get addicted to the washed out sensation or feeling thinner. You do lose several pounds of weight for a few hours but this is due to only reduced water levels in the bowel, which will soon rebalance.
Avoid using if you are experiencing heavy bleeding e.g. from fibroids, menopause or excessive menstruation.
