Tincture 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon daily.
DH Tincture 1 to 2ml, 3 times daily
1 teaspoon of the dried herb to 1 cup water, 3 times daily.

Contraindications

1) Do not use this herb during the first and second trimester of pregnancy, especially where there is a past history of miscarriage.
