Preferably use uncooked.
Chew 12 raw peppercorns to help colds and flu.

Contraindications

1) Do not use in any conditions which display heat or inflammation.


2) Cooked black pepper is particularly irritating for any stomach inflammations.


3) Large doses in pregnancy may have arbortifacient effect.


4) Study has shown that the component 'piperine' increases the rate of absorption of some drugs, notably Sparteine, Phenytoin, Propanolol and Theophylline.
