Hepatic

Dose:
Tincture, infusion S.F Tincture 5mls (1tsp) daily
Infusion - 1 cup daily A.C. Tincture 1-3 ml, 3 times daily.
Infusion 1 - 2 teaspoons of dried herb, 3 times daily.
Contraindications
1) This herb can cause photodermis from sensitisation of skin to ultra-violet light due to furanocoumarins. Avoid during excessive periods of sunlight or while undergoing cosmetic or therapeutic ultraviolet light exposure.
2) There is speculation that this herb may lower blood sugar levels and therefore insulin dependent diabetics should be monitored.
