The Herbalist's Beauty Parlour is an organic skin-care range brought to you by Herbs Hands Healing. Senior Herbalist and Co-Director Jill Davies has produced an initial four products, with more to come over time. Jill's training and knowledge in herbal medicine and horticulture has given her the tools to choose the best ingredients from nature and science, creating a range that is both nurturing and fragrantly sensual. The range concept is based on integrity and organic quality.Jill Davies initially trained in Horticulture at Kew Gardens and elsewhere and this together with qualifying as an Herbal Practitioner in 1982 has created a sound basis for understanding plants and their effects. Her many unique and successful medicinal herb formulae, herbal teas, herbal cleaning products and simple beauty waters, have been selling for three decades. Jill has given The Herbalist's Beauty Parlour the same deep commitment, relishing the chance to share her love and passion for plants and body care.
Her understanding of herbs and skin care comes from various quarters. Firstly her 30 year use and interest in essential oils both for internal and external use. (internal use for qualified herbal practitioners only). Combined with her 30 years knowledge of plant bio-chemistry and clinical experience where she routinely uses plants to topically treat any skin disorders presented to her, you begin to realise what a rich diversity is behind this range. Shared with the knowledge of her skin specialist team who also have years of experience, the results speak for themselves. She hopes to bring you not just skin support but also an enjoyable and sensual way of daily living, for both men and women alike.
