Orders Delayed in Transit
Royal mail (Small or light weight orders) please check with your local post office and allow 2 to 3 working days before making enquiries with us, this is to allow the Royal Mail the leeway within which to deliver.
Parcel Force (large orders): Parcels can be tracked during transit via the internet, please call us immediately if you need delivery assistance.
Parcels Damaged in the Post
If your order has been damaged in transit, please call us immediately so we can send you a replacement (please keep the parcel for 31 days to allow for claims inspections by the carrier).
Incorrect Orders
In the regrettable event that we made a mistake and you have received incorrect or there are missing items in your order, please contact us at once so we can rectify this immediately.
Change of Mind Product Returns
If you change your mind and would like to return any items, please contact us within 14 days. All products must be in good order and all seals must be intact All postal charges are non refundable. |
