Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. |

If you are placing an order from outside the UK we will send your parcel by the cheapest means possible (which is usually via Airmail or UPS). Please note a default setting of £00.01 will appear on your receipt, but we will email you with the correct amount and request approval before we proceed with your order.

Because parcels vary so dramatically in weight and there is no fair way to produce a sliding scale of postal charges we will assess each parcel and send it in the most cost effective manner.

Delivery Schedule
We will dispatch your order to you on the same day you place it providing it is placed before 2.00pm (GMT), therefore your order should be with you the following day if you have requested 1st class and within 5 working days if you have selected 2nd class.
International orders are generally received in under 10 working days.

Tax Charges
17.5% VAT is included prices quoted where applicable. If you require a VAT receipt it will come with your order. This is for the benefit of orders made within the UK or the European Union.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. The encryption technique used falls into two parts. The first is to use Diffie-Hellman key exchange to agree a 128 bit key for use by the SAFER block cipher. The Diffie-Hellman key currently used is 256 bits and this will be increased further in the future up to 1024 bits. This encryption method is used on the following fields only : - credit card number - credit card type - credit card expiry date. Other fields in orders placed using the system are also encrypted using Safer with a 128 bit key, but using a fixed key built in to the software and common across all instances of the software.
This system has been selected by an increasing number of industry leaders as their system of choice, incl Microsoft for NT 5 & Sun Microsystems for their SKIP system. |

Returns Policy You may return unwanted goods within 7 days for a refund, provided that the product has been unopened and unused. However, please note, that other than for faulty goods, you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Your money will be returned within 30 days.
