International parcels can vary so dramatically (weight and size) there is no fair way to produce a sliding scale of postal charges worldwide, therefore we will assess each parcel individually to send it in the most cost effective manner.

We will always email you to let you know how much this will be within one working days (often the same day) and we will wait for your payment of before we can release your order.

Below are a few examples of typical postal charges:
(these are approximate charges (May 2012) and may change without notice):

1 tub of Barberry capsules to USA will cost £3.25 and to EU countries £3

50ml tincture to EU countries £3

250ml tincture and 50ml tincture to Ireland will cost £5

400g herb tea to Spain will cost £5

2 x Chamomile and Cascara Capsules to Ireland will cost £3

1 tub of Superfood to Denmark will cost £7

6 tubs of Superfood to France will cost £18

6 tubs of Superfood to Ireland will cost £18.50

6 tubs of Superfood to Spain will cost £29

The maximum weight for a parcel to be sent by airmail is 2kg (equivalent to 2 Superfood Plus) - anything heavier than this will be sent by carrier (Parcelforce 48 hour delivery service to most destinations in Europe up to 25kg).
