How to Make SuperFood plus - A Step by Step
Guide
- Put one 15g tablespoon of Superfood powder (per person) into a glass or liquidiser.

Now add juice, in order to make up a half or a pint depending on your desires. Use 1/2 fruit or vegetable juice and 1/2 spring water (or all juice).

Mix for 30 - 45 seconds until all the powder is thoroughly blended.

Pour into a glass and serve.

Drink it fresh or, store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours for later use.

- You could also add the juice of one or more freshly squeezed lemons or limes for taste. Lemon juice has an alkaline effect on the body.
SuperFood plus and Essential Fatty Acid's
Many people choose to add Essential Fatty Acids to their SuperFood plus, this makes a lovely combination.
There are many sources of Essential Fatty Acid's but we generally suggest using Udo's Oil, or getting Essential Fatty Acid's from Bio-care or Higher Nature.

Our brains are composed of a 1:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids. For a healthy brain it is essential to maintain this balance.
