Nutritional Advice:
Ensure a balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, no carbonated drinks, sugar, wheat or dairy. The latter two (wheat and dairy) exclude for 2 months at least. Replace wheat with corn, rice, pasta and garlic.
Eat sulphur-rich foods, onions, chives, and garlic.
Horseradish, raw cayenne and uncooked black pepper will assist the problem and make breathing easier.
Replace wheat with corn and rice pasta and rye bread.

Natural Healing:
Inhaling with essential oils, peppermint, eucalyptus, pine, camphor, can help either on a pillow, tissue or straight out of the bottle. Use some, one, or all of these; breath in deeply, until the nose feels clearer.
