Nutritional Advice:
When you are able to hold things down try sipping weak chamomile tea.
Fasting is recommended in this situation to give the stomach as little to work upon or, to revolt against as possible. It is best to drink water at room temperature.
Upon recovery or hunger, an ideal first food would be onion and garlic soup, a little chopped mint or grated ginger will help it's acceptance by the stomach.
