Breast Lumps - Cysts & Fibroids

Introduction:

Heightened awareness via the media has brought many benefits to women's health and monthly breast self-examinations are a wise inclusion to a healthy lifestyle. The downside is that fear of breast cancer itself can compromise the immune system, a failure of which is always a component of the disease. Most lumps are benign, especially if they change with the monthly cycle and do not adhere to local tissue. Watch out for itchiness, weeping, infected and hard, irregular lumps - seek professional help if these occur. Be aware of thermal imaging techniques which are an excellent early warning way for women to have breast care advice. Special care should be taken for those over 50 years old as 80% of breast cancer occurs in this age category. For thermal imaging try Dr. Daya 'The Wholistic Medical Centre, 57 Harley Street, London, W1G 8QS: Tel 0207 580 7660. There are also mammograms available through the NHS for those over 50 years old.

For non-cancerous conditions:

Nutritional Advice:

Take chlorella tablets or Superfood.

Natural Healing:

Exercise is vital as it will stimulate the circulation and provide vital oxygen - power walking, dancing, cycling etc.

Self massage breasts especially if over 50 years of age. This breaks up congestion and motivates blood and circulation delivery.

Take hot and cold showers.

Follow the dietary and cleansing programme suggestions for endometriosis and for ovarian cysts and uterine fibroids

Warm castor oil packs are useful for benign lumps and breast congestion.

Herb Quality:

A large proportion of our herbs are grown in English soils, harvested using bio-chemistry analysis and many but not always, processed fresh, which heightens their remedial properties. The majority are grown organically and or sustainably wild-crafted. All manufacturing is carried out using licensed good manufacturing practice.

DO NOT MIX HERBAL MEDICINE AND GP PRESCRIBED MEDICATION WITHOUT THE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR GP OR PRACTIONER
