Wear only cotton socks and preferably natural fibre shoes.At night soak your feet in: 5 - 10 drops tea tree essential oil, 2 tsp. cider vinegar, 2 pints of hot water in foot bucket or basin, for 2 minutes then use cold water to rinse.
Avoid swimming pools, changing your socks and walking barefoot in public places. Treat your shoes as above, as they can 'hold' the infection if you wear them with no socks or tights. Exercise daily, power walking, swimming etc. to flush any toxins through and out the bloodstream.
